Easy command online

This mobile wifi was amazing!!! Starting from the online order to the delivery to the hotel to the ease of use. It was ALL excellent!!! I could not talk / rave about how excellent the service was all round during my 2 week stay in Japan. I would strongly recommend using Japan wireless they are a very reputable company with an excellent product and service!

Just don’t forget to turn it in before security at the airport because that was a nightmare. Very good customer service though to fix the issue.

Very good service.

Product was ordered online prior to leaving home. It was sitting in our hotel room on arrival, so conveniant. We had up to 3 devices connected. Only problems encountered was lost signal when underground in some train stations. Very easy to use. Return also very conveniant, as the reply paid and addressed envelope was supplied. The post box was right at the departure counter at the Osaka international airport.

Easy to use. Instructions were quite clear. I did not have any issue in carrying it around with me to use WiFi during my stay in Japan.
