Wi-fi worked great every where we went including on the shinkansen. Battery is ok, it lasts about 8hrs on a full charge. Easy to pick up and drop off via the mail. Instructions easy to follow. Great experience I would use them again.

We ordered beforehand and the device was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel. It performed flawlessly for us in the three weeks we were in Japan. It more than paid for itself while we were using our maps app. That alone would have killed us in roaming changes without this device. I wish all my investments were as good as this one.

Package was waiting at the hotel when we arrived.
Connectivity service worked seamlessly, and works quite well for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
Return was also quite easy, with the envelop for return included in the package.

Easy ordering, delivery to hotel. Easy return at airport. Worked perfectly and even came with portable charger!
