No problem, good service

Having internet anywhere I go, I could spend vacations without worrying about where to go, or if I can be contacted.
The connection was really good.
A little disappointed that the battery with it didn’t work, but the WiFi worked perfectly, So I keep the 5 star review.

Arrived as requested, used for two weeks with smooth reception all throughout our tour and a very fast internet! No doubt I’ll use it again for my next trip

internet is SUPERB! we used it around tokyo and there are no interruptions!

Traveled to Tokyo on business. Pick up was very easy available from both terminals (post office) at NRT. They provided a back up battery for continued use. Drop off is very easy either drop of at post office or back at the airport.

It never failed us!
