Excellent service and products! They make the process very easy and communication is very prompt! This company reflects the true spirit of service to its customer!

The wifi was excellent, and got very nice speeds even in the underground metro in Tokyo.

Un servicio excepcional, cuando vuelva contratare sin duda alguna su servicios, gracias por hacer nuestro vieje tan fácil con su servicio de internet.

So easy to set up and use. I never had any issues, and was able to stay connected my whole trip. Would recommend to everyone...10/10

I stumbled upon Japan Wireless while scrolling through Instagram. I wanted to rent a pocket wifi but our ETA was around 8 pm and the airport station to pick it up would be closed at that time. Japan Wireless had a pick up station at Namba which was close to where we were staying. Amazing! This worked in our favor. Picking it up went on smoothly. Pocket wifi worked as it should. No issues with it. I will definitely rent one when I am back in Japan.

Good connection, easy procedure for delivering and closure
