it was seamless and inexpensive

I am a tour guide in Japan. I visit Japan throughout the year (for the past 20 years). Your service is outstanding and picking it up at Narita Kuko is wonderful. My only suggestion - the external battery needs to last a little longer for the customer. Aside from that, I congratulate you on a wonderful product and service.

always a pleasure using japan wireless pocket wifi. claiming and return was no hassle. customer service is superb!

The wi fi had a long lasting battery and with the backup battery I was good for more than 18 hours a day. They delivered the unit promptly and the service was easy an customer friendly.
