I have a great experience with the service and the wifi connection. Everything requested is as stated and far exceeded the expectations. As we need the wifi the soonest possible and they were able to send it at an earlier time. I will definitely rent again with this company when I am in Japan.

We had a 15 day sim card delivered to our hotel in Osaka. Very convenient and it worked perfectly during our trip around Japan, also outside the main cities. Recommend!

I was very happy with the service, especially as i travelled around a few cities:). Didn't have any problems with the batteries. Very easy to use and return.

The delivery arrived at my hotel exactly as intended. The wifi was so easy to setup and battery lasted a long while. I used it all day and the speed was fast. I'll be using Japan Wireless again the next time I visit Tokyo. You'll never need mobile roaming days or having to connect to random Wi-Fi ever again.

We were quite happy with our rental router. Had 2 mobile phones and 2 IPADs connected. Good reception and speed.

Gives you internet when you need it. Never experienced 95mbps though on speed tests, but it was fast enough for our needs. Shuts down due to heat when in a bag or pocket and charging via the powerbank. Nevertheless, overall happy with the service.

Not EZ to pick it up in Haneda airport ( hard to found JW kiosk).
Work great, high speed!
The battery was not good, too weak.. But the company JW replaced the old battery for a new unit the same day. Nice service and fast respond. Thank you, guys.
