Good service.

We did be able to do at same time only nine conexions, not ten.

I always avail of Japan Wireless' service every time I visit Japan. The service is superb and I don't worry about nationwide coverage. I highly recommend it to my family and friends too. Thank you Japan Wireless for the outstanding service.

So Easy to use I use everytime I go to Japan. Totally recommend.

Great product at a great price. Made our travels through Japan easy to navigate.

We used it for three weeks, and besides rebooting a couple of times, it was perfect. We had three pads and two phones, and the kids were surfing Youtube, watching Netflix without any problems. Will def use Japanwireless again!!! Tnx!

this portable wifi was a godsend.. We used it with our navigation apps on our smart phones. However the separate battery backup provided with the portable wifi was insufficient for both the smart phone and portable wifi, so we purchased an additional one for our 2 week trip to Japan.

We'ved used this service many, many times as it makes communication and navigation stress free. A necessity, and the process is so easy. They deliver anywhere and drop off is a breeze.

Perfect and amazing quality WiFi! It was very useful to have on our trip.

Our device worked well everywhere. Excellent delivery to our hotel and easy airport drop off. Highly recommended.

During my last three trips to Japan, I have used Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi and it is faster, more consistent (always connected), best performing compared to another pocket WiFi I had used on my first two trips. Not only is the device excellent, but the customer service is also great! I will continue to only use Japan Wireless for my next trips to Japan.
