Thank you for the excellent connection and quality of Wifi in Tokyo in January,2020!

Its always japan wireless everytime we travel to japan. Very fast and efficient!

Whenever I go to japan, I always book from japan wireless 1 premium pocket wifi. Never got disappointed because I can simply ask them to send the pocket wifi to the hotel and claim it in the hotel lobby. Returning is not difficult also because you can simply drop it off in a mail box.

Easy to use and good battery life... though it was possible to slow talk (with hand gestures) your way through your Japan journey, this device is quite effective and gives you peace of mind.

Japan Wireless was great. First I sent their customer support group and email to ensure I could pickup my device in Tokyo as we transferred through to Sapporo. Not only they did so promptly and we a very specific answer which as very helpful. Picked up,the device and it is great . Along with the discount they gave and the battery pack I love everything about them.
