Simple steps to order and return, reasonable price and stable Internet speed.

Didn't have any problems during my entire trip in Japan. Highly recommended!

Worked well for 16 day tour of Japan.

Excellent service and strong wifi signal all over Tokyo.

We couldn't make it without it. Very easy the pick up and the return. The lasting of the battery was excellent and we never had problems using the device. Strongly recommended to all the foreign visitors

Very easy and affordable to use! Totally worth the money (which wasn’t much) and would use again

Did the job nicely.........,

It worked well with plenty of coverage

I rented the pocket WiFi and translator and they both worked great. I chose to pick them up at the post office at the airport and it was super easy and convenient. They even corrected the terminal number after I ordered because they knew which one I’d be in and I chose the wrong one. The WiFi came with a portable battery that was perfect to get me through the longer full days with it on(though it’s still a good idea to have another of your own just in case I think). It was very compact which was nice. I had it in my backpack or coat pocket the whole time. The speed was great and I never had any slowdowns. The customer service was great as well and very responsive by email. It came with a pre-paid envelope to drop back off at the airport post office which worked perfect. Picking it up there let me stay in WiFi coverage to and from the airport. So easy to arrange, use, pick up and drop off. I was always able to pull up a map wherever I was since I had it with me so I never got lost. I’ll definitely use them again!

Easy purchase, pickup and dropoff
