No problems, easy to use, very happy

I had it delivered to my hotel in Shinjuku and used it for 14 days from Tokyo down to Kyushu (Hakata, Beppu and Nagasaki) and then also in Hiroshima. It always worked. I used the spare battery once. Would rent from this company again.

We rented the wifi at haneda airport for our 2 week Japan honeymoon/trip. I think it is an absolute must if you go to Japan - this is the MOST essential purchase we made.

Best deal, easy to retrieve (airport or your hotel) high speed internet throughout Japan. Wonderful for watching Netflix on shinkensen or live video on the ski field. I recommand very highly !
