Easy to use. Delivered to my hotel.

We had the pocket wifi for 11 days and it worked perfectly everyday! The extra battery was very useful as well, the pocket wifi itself lasted around 10 hours. We used it mainly for Google Maps and itineraries, but also to stay in touch with family and share pictures. Would definitely recommend!

Easy pick-up, the device worked fine everywhere with great speed, battery lasted long enough for a day of walking around or travelling. And great dropoff at the airport with the envelope! Thanks!

I highly recommend renting a Japan Wireless when visiting Japan. We had 4 people using it at one time and it was very quick. With 4 people using it, it lasted a day but it comes with portable charger so we never went without it. It was the best investment we made on our trip!!
