Perfect coverage, very convenient to use and no problems during two weeks of usage. Was delivered to my hotel without any problems and giving back the device at the airport (mail box) was working as well. Fast connection and perfectly to use with the powerbank. I would book it anytime again.

I was very impressed with the service and great quality Wi-Fi. I used it when I visited my mother in Japan from the U.S. Staff promptly responded to all my queries and Wi-Fi was delivered on time to my mother's home when I arrived. Having English support was definitely a plus. Wi-Fi worked great at my mother's house. I could be in the bedroom upstairs and it had strong signal. I was so pleased with the service and the product that I decided to convert to annual contract.

Very easy process all the way through at a reasonable price. Only small improvement could be to have 5G devices instead of 4G

The internet gets slow at late night. This happens usually when I get back to my hotel where the wifi is available, so I never bothered to reset. It gets faster again the next morning. Overall, the device is great, foreign-friendly, user-friendly, and the handy.
