100% satisfied. Totally recommend.

Had a hard time looking for the pick up area but nonetheless all was good. Wifi has no cap which is great even brought it from tokyo to nagoya and no problems.

Wifi worked great throughout Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara! No issues with anything, and delivery to hotel was done by the time arrival as promised. Will definitely be using again next time!

once you set it up, no stress what so ever during the trip.

Very easy and convenient receipt and return process

No issues having this wifi everywhere I went. I was able to do video calls and no lag.

Very convenient and reliable. Highly recommend.

It arrived at the hotel as requested. Easy to set up, but a bit tricky to charge as there weren’t detailed instructions in English. Easy to return. Glad I had it.

Swift service, excellent equipment with clear instructions. Worked
brilliantly all over Japan (including the far north - Hokkaido).

thanks for the discount because it would have been too expensive for me. thanks
