No issues at all, great service

Fast delivery service. easy to use and return,
Although it could not charge due to the plug did not work, so I used my own
plug and it charged right away.

The process and ease of requesting the premium WI-FI was easy and fast. It was delivered to my hotel and the setup was easy. The cost for 1 month was even better. I would do it again on my next trip.

Having unlimited data and the extra battery was very helpful during our trip. We needed access everywhere to WiFi for Google translate.

Due to COVID and a family emergency, I was not able to try your services in Japan. However, I really appreciated how efficiently you accommodated changes to my itinerary and refunded the fees when I ultimately had to cancel my trip.
