smooth experience, fast wifi.

It was easy to order on line and pick up at the airport. I picked it up at Haneda. There was a free battery pack with the rental. I charged the Wi-Fi every night and had no issues with my pocket Wi-Fi during my 14 day rental. I just needed to put the items in the envelope provided and drop the envelope into the post office box at the airport before entering the TSA checkpoint. There are instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi in the envelope with your equipment. I would recommend Japan Wireless.

Easy to use, backup battery and speed is great no dead spot

Excellent and fast internet.

I got this router on recommendation from a tourism help site. Great reception with fast internet. Able to quickly connect to Google Maps and other travel sites in any area in Tokyo. Long battery life that goes from morning to evening.

It was very easy and convenient to collect and return. Wifi speed was fast, battery can last up to two days without charging.

Absolutely no problems with the router. The spare battery, though, was not good - didn't charge well and dit charge the router. Otherwise, perfect.
