The pocket wifi has consistent internet connection even if I was in the subway train. Very reliable and worth the price!

I ordered the pocket wifi for my trip from the US to Japan and it was at my hotel when I arrived. It came with a spare power pack at no extra charge. The other places charge extra for the power pack.
The charger and cables were included.
The wifi worked great wherever we went. Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Yokohama and Yamanashi.
As far as cost it was half the cost of using my AT&T overseas data plan.
Returning the unit at the end of my trip was easy since they provided a self mailer for Japan Post. Highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Coverage was great anywhere in Japan, and the battery lasted all day! I would buy it again
