Very useful when travelling across Japan

A small unit that works very well- even in tiny rural towns. Charging very quickly and also arrives with battery pack but a charge lasts all day. Worked well even with two phones and two laptops. But we do recommend renting a SIM card for making local phone calls if your US provider charges high fees.

I just finished the 4th time using Japan Wireless. This company to me is the best of the bests. No worries on other things whatsoever, just straight to the point - having internet access with you all the time. The first time was in 2016, then 2017, then 2018, fourth time is 2022. They have been improving their service year by year! I still remember their machine was heavy and couldn't last a day (over 10 hours use) so a power bank was needed. Now their machine is so light and with super strong lasting ability - no charging required for 14 hours straight!
I have nothing else to say other than my appreciation. I will continue using their service whenever I am in Japan traveling.

I ordered 2 mobile WiFi devices for our family’s stay in Japan. While I ordered them last minute, they were waiting for us upon arrival at our hotel. They worked very well throughout our trip and were easy to return at the airport.
