Smooth pickup, very helpful staff at the airport and easy dropoff with the mailing envelope. Great speeds on the card, even better than some hotel/AirBnB wifi. Inclusion of the power bank/backup battery was very helpful, often found myself using it to recharge in the evening.

Convenient and easy to setup

Traveling with 2 kids and 4 phones is a challenge $$$ but with this tool, everything went seamless! Highly recommend!! Plus battery last the whole day!

This gadget really made our recent trip to Japan even better! We could plan our days very easily and see more sights! We love Japan-the museums, temples and shrines are fantastic. IWe would definitely rent the pocket wifi on our next trip.Thank you!

We rented 2 wifis while on vacation with Family and it was great to constantly have it available. Will always do that while traveling

So easy to avail! I like that we can order our pocket wifi's in advance so that when we arrive at our hotel, the pocket wifi's are already with the concierge for claiming. Very convenient and safe. It's great that they include a powerbank which is convenient during heavy use.

It is also easy to return which is via mailbox or sometimes the hotel concierge returns the devices for us.

Service, pickup and returns were all excellent. Battery life was not enough to go all day but it got the job done

Easy to setup and use while in Japan. The extra power bank was bonus. Would definitely use this service again.

Enjoyed the freedom of being online during our travels through Japan. Delivered on time at hotel for pickup and clear explanation on the use of the device and it's return procedures. Great service!
