Ordered online from US prior to arrival. On arrival at Haneda, pick up was seamless. Instructions were easy to follow and hotspot worked very well for the majority of the trip. Drop off was super easy--just drop off at any red mailbox. I dropped off at the airport. Overall great experience and would do again.

Pick up at the airport was quick and seamless. WiFi was simple to set up and reliable on my travels. Used it pretty much all day and the battery lasted. Websites loaded quickly and the connection was reliable. Will definitely be using Japan Wireless again on my next trip.

This is my third visit to japan and third time using japan wirless service highly recommended better than esim and faster

We used this product while in Japan. It was a godsend. When we arrived at our hotel it was waiting for us and posting it back was easy. The powerpack was a little disappointing so we used our own but apart from that the whole process was straightforward and saved some stressful moments during our stay.

Very easy to handle and nearly energy for about 8-12 hours a day.
