Data is ok I was happy durng our trip

So easy on placing the order online to picking up from the airport and drop off return. We had no issues with the wifi coverage. Would definitely use it again. Thank you so much!!

Great service, easy to use. Fantastic resource for travelers.

What a great decision to rent this! Worked perfectly everywhere throughout our trip without any problems! Pick up and drop off were very easy! I will do this again every time!

Great connection and convenient process. Will use again when I come back to Japan in the future.

Would recommend 100%

Very good service would definitely use again

Loved using Japan Wireless’ pocket WiFi. Charge lasted long plus it came with a thin portable charger. 2 devices were linked on it and we didn’t have any issues. Would definitely use it again next time.

Very handy to have on a trip to Japan. It was easy to use and small in size. At one point during the 21 day trip it did overheat and not work for about half an hour. That was the only time though and for the rest of the trip there were no complications. Recommended!
