Worked well for my family of 4. Able to use internet, texting and phone calls.

The trips my wife and I made in Harie, Hiei and the suburbs of Kyoto was confidently done thanks to stable internet and a well-powered wifi device.

If you are needing data and wifi everywhere you go in Tokyo, look no further. Easy pick up, affordable, unlimited data, and portable. Couldn’t have done Tokyo without and was able to FaceTime anywhere! Great speeds too.

Pros-high speed internet literally anywhere, easy to pick up (shipped straight to my hotel), easy drop off (right in front of security gate at narita), small and flat so fits in anything (pocket/purse) , can connect multiple people, easy set up
Cons- after 6 hours it will die (but they give u a portable battery charger)

used this during a four day trip to japan- was very convenient to pick up at the airport (picked it up from the post office) and set up! service was consistent throughout and allowed for all the google mapping needed to travel through tokyo. return was also easy- they include the envelope you need to return it at the post office! definitely would recommend

There were no issues delivering to my hotel and the directions on how to set up was easy to follow. Really convenient and we had a large group so many people were able to use it at the same time. Highly recommend!

I was in Tokyo for 10 days and thew wifi pocket always worked for me. I did not experience any complications with my wifi connection or getting in touch with the ones I love. Definitely getting it again upon my next trip to Japan
