Great device, really fast internet and you can share it with multiple people for a fantastic price. If you are traveling with a big group keep in mind that you will always need to be together to use it, other wise getting 2 would be good a good idea if you plan to split up often.

Affordable and reliable product and service!

The ease of reserving to using to returning the wifi helped make our trip to Japan amazing! Definitely will rent from Japan Wireless again!

Easy to order, easy setup, worked great, and great value for the money! 😀 thank you for the great experience and piece of mind while abroad.

Easy pick up at Haneda, worked well for our two week trip, easy return. Happy we chose this option.

I can recommend it to anyone travelling to Japan.
You have a wifi connection always with you.
Connection speed not always perfect but overall a great aid.
Simple pick up and return procedure.

Shared between me and my wife as we were doing everything together. So we both had mobile internet coverage while retaining our original phone numbers. No problems with battery life. Lasts all day. Just charge it at night.

Service was supereffecient from beggining to end.The pocket wifi was fantastic, great signal, great battery life and with a battery booster too if needed. We used it constantly and it saved us a fortune on not having to use our own data .....unlimited on the device for a great price.I would highly recommend the service.
When we go back to Japan we will certainly use this service again.

Very much reliable wifi connection during our trip. Powerbank was really helpful
