The product was good, the signal was reliable, and the speed was fast. Coverage was also very good. However, you don't really ever get the speed that they promised. Having said that, you get a speed that is still high, maybe 40-70% of what they listed. We had also gotten other pocket wifi, and this was our experience with others as well. Overall it is still a very good product and the powerbank is very useful and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

Data is ok I was happy durng our trip

Very good service would definitely use again

Loved using Japan Wireless’ pocket WiFi. Charge lasted long plus it came with a thin portable charger. 2 devices were linked on it and we didn’t have any issues. Would definitely use it again next time.
