The Japan Wireless pocket Wifi works seamlessly. We always had connection and full use of our devices. We've used the pocket Wifi twice now and will definitely use it again. The battery lasts the whole day, we would charge it at night. Customer service is great and easy to communicate with. It's nice to have use of such a service/product that helps the traveling experience to be smooth and easy. Thanks Japan Wireless.

You must take one of these when visiting Japan. An absolute saviour having WiFi on the move and everywhere you are. Maps and menus just for a starter.

Japan-wireless pack was perfect. Available for pick up at the airport, drop off at post box on our departure also at airport.
Excellent experience, both of us used it all the time.
Small size wit all necessary charges. And a good deal too.

Hope it was little more cheaper but it was all good!

Easy to use, pick up and return. All worked fine. Battery lasted great didnt even need the powerbank which came along.
