This is the second time I have used Japan Wireless. Pick up was easy and connecting straightforward. Had good connection at most places we visited, although slow in remote locations we were still able to connect. Will use again on our next trip.

1. Ottima comunicazione in fase di acquisto e anche prima di ritirare il wifi tascabile in aeroporto.
2. Wifi tascabile molto efficiente ovunque.
3. Restituzione del prodotto molto semplice: basta rimettere il tutto nella busta ricevuta a questo scopo e di depositarla in qualsiasi cassetta postale in aeroporto.
4. 48 ore dopo aver restituito il router, ho ricevuto conferma che tutto era in ordine.

We have used Japan Wireless 4 times now. Can always count on it!

This was the second I used their service. The router worked like it should have, I had wifi service every where I went. Pick up and return were both easy and hassle free.

This product was easy to use and it was easy to carry around. It came in handy for keeping in touch with my family.

Travelled from Aus, stayed in Japan for 17 days, excellent coverage from pocket wifi, easy collection and return process, cant fault it. Would definitely use again.

I don’t make reviews but this poker wifi really made our Japan trip the best experience as first timers. It was recommended to me and I will now always recommend it.

I travelled to Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and the surrounding places and had service all the time. It really made the trip so much easier. I highly recommend it
