Everything worked seamlessly; from the pickup in the airport to stable internet during our entire trip and returning of the internet box via the prepaid involute we simple returned at the nearest mailbox. This solution will definitely make your Japan visit a lot easier.

The Wi FI device worked very well, it was simple to use. Picking up and returning was also easy, in Haneda there is a post box near the check in counter

The product kept it's promises. The connection always worked and with the powerbank I always made through the day (although I didn't have it turned on all the day). I had to re-ship it from the airport to my hotel and I paid a small fee, but it arrived the next day, overall a great service!

we stayed at japan for 10 days using this product and we din't encounter any problem. we hade 5 devices connected everytime we were outdoors. product was delivered at our hotel where I registered my address would be. drop off was at the airport's post office. very convenient. lovet thank you for the good product. came in handy and helpful

We were able to get around and booked rides, navigate because of the pocket wifi. We were glad we rented this plus the pocket interpreter. Been useful several times when they couldnt understand us.
