We had 4 phones connected through one port and everything worked great- fast and reliable. Device was waiting at our hotel when we arrived and return through the postbox at the airport was quick and easy. My only suggestion would be to send a confirmation email to customers once the return has been processed. Would definitely use again!!

Everything be was very convenient. It was simple to reserve and the device was ready at my hotel front desk at check-in. Connectivity was dependable for our two devices the entire time in Tokyo.

I ordered for 16 days upon arrival and received the WiFi puck the next day at my hotel. Reception was amazing.. Even on Mt. Fuji summit!
