I watched YouTube and Netflix while on the bus to Mount Fuji or on the bullet trains with no issues. Great service.

This pocket WiFi was literally the best thing ever! The charge on it lasts a whole day. Never lost connection, always fast, and reliable! Highly recommend and worth the money !

Fast, reliable, seamless pick up/delivery and drip off

This is such a good service, smooth and easy to pick up and drop off. Excellent coverage as i was traveling all over Japan, on the Shinkansen. I would highly recommend using Japan Wireless.

Worked perfectly without any issues for two tech savvy tourist. We even had signal halfway up Fuji!

Was ready in our hotel by arrival. A smart zippered attache bag contained the Wifi box, a 5,000mah power bank, electric plug and a suitable cable. Wifi worked very well everywhere (apart from some reflecting off big city blocks whilst using Google Maps, something that can't be avoided.)

Just finished a 9 day stay in Japan. Wi-Fi was fast and we never had any issues. Would def use again!

Have rented these for over the last 18 months several times. I noticed the last one I rented 1-16 September would occasionally go dead on WI-FI without any notice. Never had that issue with the devices with the small antenna.
