I used this during my tour in Japan. It worked well and I had no problems or complaints. I plan to use this again on future trips.

Awesome device, never had any issues. I had 2 devices, phone and iPad connected most of the time I had the pocket WiFi and never had connection issues or slowing. They even provide a battery pack with the WiFi and all the charging equipment needed

Very good signal. We used it from tokyo to osaka and it never failed us

When we go to japan we always choose japanWireless, because of its delivery, customer services, and overall experience which is great.
and connecting to the device is really simple. Ohhh and the device has enough power to last an entire day, just remember to charge at night, worst case use the external battery provided

Traveled from Sapporo all the way to Nagasaki.
No connection issues aside from traveling in the tunnels when on the Bullet train.

Only thing was that device and portable battery had no charge on pickup.
Had my own battery pack so it was fine.

Return was easy.

I’ve traveled to Japan five times now in the last two years and this was the first time I purchased a wifi puck. It was the best decision ever and I regret not doing it sooner. It made traveling and navigating that much easier and was incredibly less expensive and had a much stronger connection than using an international phone plan. Doing this every time I visit!
