Pick-up, usage, drop-off - everything efficient, easy, very well organized. Perfect for family or small group.

Great service, we had two devices connected at all times, never had an issue with the wifi.
Quick pick up at the airport and quick and easy drop off again at the airport.

Reliable and best internet connection! I will definitely order this again!

The instructions were very clear in the email, and all the necessary equipment was provided with the pocket wifi, even a portable battery in case the pocket wifi discharges completely before the end of the day

Great product, worked as expected and a good battery to last whole day, a must have for traveling.

Excellent service. Everything was i hotel room when i arrived. Simple and easy to set up

Molto utile,ti porta ovunque

The whole hiring process was excellent, the communication and instructiom. I was specially happy of the delivery confirmation when I sent back the device end of the hiring period. The wifi works excellent all the time.

First; the customer service was great. Contacted them multiple times for questions and concerns and they replied back in a timely and professional matter. Delivery to my place was a concern because the mailbox was too small to fit the package in. They were able to set up the package delivery to me directly. The return for the Wi-Fi package was very easy as well. Will use them when I visit Japan again. Thank you Japan Wireless!

We went to Japan and completely forgot about data, but luckily Japan wireless came in clutch it was easy too get and return with a long battery life what could you ask for more
