I will use Japan Wireless again. Easy to order and the WiFi was shipped to my hotel one day before check-in.

I love the convenience of the pre paid package to mail back WiFi.

I had difficulty locating Poat office Box at Haneda airport.

My hotel had a working mail box for me to mail out the WiFi.

Easy to use. Easy to pick up and post back from the airport. Battery charger worked on my phone too and saved me a couple of times. Good pouch to carry everything in. No problems.

Worked as advertised and had no issue during my trip. Would use again.

We purchased the unlimited plan as we used our phones often for Google Maps and other travel websites.
It was helpful to have one WiFi hotspot both my wife and I could use as we were together 99% of the time.
The service was great both picking up and dropping off.

Easy to use wi-fi, excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Really good, very fast.

Easy to order. Easy to pick up. Easy to use. Easy to return. An excellent experience.

The delivery worked perfectly, and I had no issues using it either. Perfect service! Thank you

Connection worked perfectly all the time.

Très pratique si vous voyagez au Japon à plusieurs.
Si vous êtes seul l'option e-sim est peut être plus adapté à la pocket.
Par contre en groupe le pocket wifi est particulièrement adaptée
