Used this for 10 days in February 2024.. it worked great.. the entire time.. no lag.. not once did I lose connection.. the battery pack it came with was super handy.. allowed me to use the WiFi all day without having to plug it in.. speed was super fast.. I was thoroughly impressed.. will definitiley use them again next time I am in
Japan!!

Japan Wireless was great and the pocket WiFi is a necessity when traveling to Japan. The pick up was so easy and convenient. The one thing to be aware of is you need to return the pocket WiFi BEFORE getting to your gate. Overall, would definitely recommend this product and company. 10/10!

Reliable and good speed. If you watch videos too much or have heavy usuage, they will throttle your speed.

Easy to pick up and drop off. Product was very small and light. Threw it into my bag and had reliable wifi during all my travels. Just don’t forget to charge it every night! It even came with a portable power bank, but I never ended up needing it. Great peace of mind to have though.

We used 2 of these between 4 people while we visited Japan and had no issues with connection at all.

The device is so convenient to use and to connect. We are very happy that we rent this device. It is also useful when you are a first time traveller in Japan

This Co. Was Easy to use. Walked up, No Reservations. Previously, I had another co. But they wouldn't change my dates! Nightmare. This Company made it very Easy! I will use you again when we come back! Convenient and Easy to carry around. No problems😀
