It was really awesome and very nice and fast, easy to get online and very cheap plans for the data, for less than 13 usd i was able to have a whole week with data anywhere in japan very convenient and smooth, loved it !!

I used a personal WiFi device for 2 weeks in March 2024 and had an EXCELLENT experience. Ordering the device online was easy, delivered to hotel and in the room when we arrived. Wifi worked consistently everywhere we travelled and drop off at the airport in the prepaid envelope was easy. Came with router, battery, cord and a small case. I went with Japan Wireless after reading reviews and was so happy I did!

We reserved the wifi, but, unknown to us, our son also rented a unit for us. I cancelled after our scheduled pickup time, and we were refunded all but a small delivery fee. I expected to pay the whole fee, so I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you for good customer service.

Good material with a second battery. Work every where

I used this device whilst i was doing solo walking in Japan. I picked it up from the airport and put it in a post box when finished. It was easy to set up and very reliable. I met two friends in Tokyo and we all shared the router. Highley reccomended.

It’s my second time use this products while I’m back in Japan. So convenient that it’s able to pick up at the hotel on the night I arrived, then drop at the airport when I left Japan!
