Excellent service, worked well throughout, easy process to pick up and return by post. Very satisfied.

I found this device to be very useful. Pickup at the airport was straightforward and from then on both of us had a good internet connection wherever we were in Japan. Part of the holiday was a cruise and even at sea we could get a connection within a few miles of the coast if there was a population centre nearby, much cheaper than the cruise line's exorbitant rate.
Recommended.

Not only did I feel safe with the portable WiFi, I felt in control. I was independent. The Google Translator App on my phone works much better with WiFi. I was able to translate over 90% of any script; such as, menus, magazines, directions, maps, and signs up and down aisles in stores. In seconds, thanks to WiFi.

The Pocket Wifi was delivered to our hotel so that it was in our room at Arrival, great.
We used the Pocket wifi with 4 persons across Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Osaka) and never experienced any problems.
Fantastic.

Works well..I give it a 4 start because of the battery… it’s doesn’t last and we have to keep it plug in most of the time and that’s an inconvenience.
