I would not have survived two weeks in Japan without my wifi. I will encourage anyone going to Japan to obtain Japan wireless 😃

The whole process was seamless, from picking it up at Narita Airport to returning it at Kansai Airport!
I had great service through Tokyo, Hamamatsu, Osaka and Wakayama. Thank you!

We were very happy with the device. It was waiting for us at the first hotel and sending it back via the last hotel's front desk was easy too.

Easy to order, easy to use, works everywhere, very affordable, great customer service. I highly recommend using this service and this company

Very good! Easy to use!

Pocketo wifi became part of the family as we travelled with it. Would totally recommend. We miss him.

Great product, good value, excellent customer service

The premium pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless works great and is easy to operate which kept me connected as I traveled around the Tokyo and Yokohama area.

Our 2nd time to avail of Japan Wireless' wifi and like the 1st one it was very stress free and efficient. Will make sure to get one again when we are in Japan.

We used it for 21 days and never had a problem connecting to the internet.
