Brilliant product. Used it all the time in Japan.

The device was easy to set-up and use throughout our trip to Japan. The return envelope was a breeze to send the device back, especially since the hotel receptionist was so accommodating in mailing it for us.

The pocket wifi worked well in all of the cities we visited and the charge lasted almost a full day. Thankfully, Japan Wireless provided a power bank should you need to recharge the pocket wifi.

I have rented from Japan Wireless numerous times and it always worked as expected.
It is convenient whether I pick up at the airport or they ship to a specific location. However, there is a wait when you pick up at the airport.
