First time trying Japan Wifi (I got the Premium plan as I was going to some remote islands).
Collection from FUK airport was smooth and easy (although I had to ask info counter for the counter location due to the airport renovation works). Wifi worked great and the router battery was awesome. I had like 14hr days where the router still had like 20% left.
Free portable battery was also very thoughtful though the router didn't need it.
Return was again super easy - just drop off at the Post Office in Narita Airport.
In short, will hire again next time I am in Japan.

The apparatus was easy to use, and worked very well everywhere I went, from big cities to the mountains, no problem using it while crossing Japan from right to left. I recommend using it if you will travel a lot!

fantastic , the modem have a long battery , you can exit all day and not have problem , plus they give you a powerbank , the signal was good in all Tokyo and Chiba

Seamless prebooking and convenient pickup as soon as I arrived Narita International Airport. I'm connected all throughout my Japan trip. Most convenient in returning the device with the self-addressed return envelope and post drop off was all around the airport. Until my next visit!
