It was nice to have a pocket WiFi for additional devices while in Japan. The process was easy and seamless. Will do again!

This is our second time renting a pocket WiFi from Japan wireless and it’s always been smooth. We opted to have the pocket WiFi delivered to the hotel, and it was there upon our arrival and check in. Our whole family connected to WiFi with the device. Thank you!

We went on a cruise, and it worked perfectly at every port for multiple devices. Excellent customer service, we had forgotten to pick up at Haneda airport and they messengered to our hotel in Tokyo for a nominal charge. We’d definitely use Japan Wireless again.

Everything came off without a hitch. Wifi was where promised, easy to set up and use, and never gave us trouble. Was completely dependable.

excellent everywhere

Easy and extremely useful. I never hasd to connect to my regular phone service and the wifi worked everywhere. They provide everything needed even a battery pack to charge the unit. Returning it was so easy as well.

The premium wifi was fast and reliable. The wifi is so easy to use and carry around. It will keep us connected wherever you are and it was such a reliable travel companion for us. The battery life was great and the connecting speed was always wonderful.. Must have items when you travel Japan!
