Very reliable and easy to use. Loved how they can deliver it to hotels and drop off at any post box. Would recommend it to others.

I have used Japan Wireless over 4 trips to Japan over 8 years. The routers provided very reliable and high performance service in all the locations I have visited. Service and communication is also prompt, but I don't need to contact them much because I usually never have problems.

The pocket hot spot we rented worked great in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. No problems and super easy to use. Thanks!!

Wifi is very good and very useful. Already delivered when we arrived hotel and very easy to return through mailbox. However, for the translator device we have some issue and was not able to use it properly but overall will recommend using Japan wireless
