We recently used the WiFi pickup and return from HND and can highly recommend it. The pickup and drop off were easy and the service was very reliable during our 10 day stay. I would highly recommend the company!

It never failed us to enjoy every minute of our stay.

I service is reliable. The process was easy to obtain and return as advertised…

Excellent services and very reliable portable internet

used it for 2 weeks while visiting Japan, worked great, no problems, battery always lasted all day, pick up and drop off were easy and explained well.

Great affordable service. A must get when traveling to Japan.

The device was delivered the next day to the hotel, fully charged and ready to use. Super easy to access while I was in Japan. Would absolutely use this service the next time I'm there.

J'ai été très satisfaite

I like this a lot better than getting a sim card put in my phone. Seems safer, but it is another thing to haul around.

Japan Wireless makes the entire process of having a portable WIFI simple. From day 1 of pick up to the final day of drop off, there wasn't a period that I had any difficulties. The signal of the Wifi is also reliable regardless of where we were in Nagoya. Thanks JW!! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service while being affordable.
