Easy to use didn’t give us any problem it comes with the battery pack and it’s good for the whole day.

Loved it! Thank you!

very convenient way to get wifi around japan. it was delivered to our hotel and we just dropped it off at the post office box at the airport.

We rented the pocket wifi from "japan wireless" for almost 20 days. Unlimited data, great battery life and powerbank included. We are very satisfied and will definitely buy from Japan Wireless again. Thank you very much!

Facile da collegare e ricezione perfetta ovunque

Everything worked well. The process was described clearly, the pick up was easy, and we had an excellent internet connection during our whole stay.

It is easy to get. It was delivered to the hotel you designated and you can drop it off at any post office free of charge. Very efficiently

Premium pocket Wifi from Japan Wifi was an excellent product. Used it for 3 weeks & didn't have any major issues. In case you have issues or questions, they provide you with customer support email. Convenient pick-up & return process. Impressed with Japan Wifi. I would rent from them again. Also, reasonably priced.

It was the best investment I made for the trip, it helped a ton when trying to get around. I definitely recommend this company. The pick up and drop off was so easy and painless.

This was so easy to pick up and drop off. Not only that, it was super simple to use and saved me from getting lost multiple times.
