No issues at all. Easy to pick up the WiFi device and to give it back. The WiFi device was pretty new and the battery lasted the whole day. Very well explained how to pick up and return it.

Got it on a friend suggestion. Ordered online a few days before we arrived to Japan. I had requested it to be delivered to our hotel, it was ready there when we checked in. Super easy to use,long lasting battery, great signal. At the end of our stay, we sealed it back in the provided prepaid envelope, and dropped it in a mail box at Narita just before going through security. Great , 100%would recommend!

We used it during our trip to Tokyo.
We connected three devices simultaneously.
Good autonomy, good speed and good coverage.

was in japan for two weeks... osaka, tokyo, kyoto, kawaguchiko, hiroshima.. all metro areas except kawaguchiko... But, even there, reception was awesome... very fast... only had trouble couple of times in the subways... but, 90% of times, it still worked in subways... yes, it does run out of battery. need to have the power bank that comes with it fully charged everyday. you will use it around 4 or 5 pm.

I have rented WiFi for the past 2 trips to Japan and I’m visiting again in this fall. On my list of things to do before traveling, order WiFi. It’s been quite the life saver. Thanks

There were a few places in which I had none or weak signal, but it covers most cities.
