The Premium Wi-Fi product was easy to use, reliable, and easy to pick-up/return at the Narita airport. Going without this product would have made getting around Tokyo for a week more difficult. Thanks!

Worked better and longer than expected in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. No need for battery pack. Pick up and return was easy peasy at Narita.

I loved this pocked WiFi. They delivered to my hotel and I dropped in Osaka airport prior returning to Canada. It’s lightweight and provides internet anywhere. I totally recommend it

The internet connection worked well between two people and the battery lasted quite long through a day without requiring using the extra battery. Had some minor issues (on my part) regarding pickup and customer service responded immediately to help me resolve things. Would use this service again.

Always can count on Japan Wireless for an amazing pocket WiFi to travel Japan!

This was amazing to have! Helped us be able to navigate and check openings of stores and places to eat. Was worth the money and its compact and comes with a portable charger. Would highly recommend

Everything as described. Thanks for the service!

Perfecto, funciona muy bien y tienes cobertura en todo el país

awesome

It was a fantastic help while exploring the wonderful streets of Japan! We visited Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo and even had great reception while riding the Hikari train and never lost the connection. 10/10, will definitely return to Japan Wireless when visiting Japan again in the future!
