The pocket WiFi worked very well and definitely useful in trip to Japan for 2 weeks. Just be aware that as you use it all day the WiFi unit will get hot in temperature. I always tried to keep it in my outer backpack pocket and no issues. The supplied backup battery was also needed at times. Overall great product and great company!

Customer service was really good. You communicate with them via email, but they were very responsive and kind. And the Wi-Fi itself was very useful. I definitely recommend them!

The Wi-Fi device was very reliable! Easy to use, and I always had access to the Internet. And, I appreciated having the portable power bank to use in case I needed to charge the device in the middle of the day. Great service!
