Great service experience. Everything functioned exactly as promised. The counter at Haneda Airport is a little bit tucked away, but employees will help you out.

It’s very helpful for translating and getting pictures from some menus and translating so fun and helpful too

Strong connection in tokyo, kyoto, osaka, koya-san, kawaguchiko

The procedure to receive and return the portable WIFI is very convenient and flexible. The WIFI connection is very strong and fast. Service is good as well.

The service was excellent all throughout Tokyo, never once was there a lack of service. Additionally, the ease of use couldn't have been any easier or more fool proof. Definitely a 5 Star experience.

This is the best wifi provider I had booked in all of my trips in Japan. I had a last minute booking hence I received the router a day late after I arrived and they refunded the amount of the day of the missed booking. The customer service was quick to reply to my queries and they were really nice. I highly recommend their products.

I have used Japan Wireless multiple times when traveling in Japan, and I highly recommend using them for Pocket Wi-Fi instead of using a Travel Sim.

We rented a mobile Wi-Fi during our recent trip to Japan for 10 days. It was great to be able to use Google map for driving. Only issue we had was the battery life. It was generally good but it died while exploring Tokyo station area. After that, we made sure it was charged fully when we leave hotel. Overall, excellent product at reasonable price.

This pocket WiFi device is your best friend. The battery life is excellent, never ran low during the day even as it’s on all day. The WiFi connectivity is also very reliable, never had any issue or service interruption.
