Very good product. Great coverage with fast speeds for multiple devices. Only poor thing what that the charger supplied did not work. Luckily we had heaps of our own so we could still charge it easily. Wouldn’t stop me from using this company again. Cheers

First time visiting japan and opted in for a pocket wifi rather than using international data. Really convenient for googling maps and places to go. Will definitely use this again when I come back!

Easy process to receive and return.

Having the premium pocket WiFi was a life saver. Made our Japan experience so much better! Having service on our devices with no interuptionade getting around Japan with no stress. Definitely a must!

Enjoyed the use of the pocket wifi while in Japan for 2 wks.
One thing I suggest for daily usage is to make sure the battery pack is fully charged and to keep it connected to the pocket wifi unit. The battery drains pretty fast.
But overall it worked as expected and will rent again when I return.

Good choice, worked well even in the countryside. Also charged with USB-C which was a plus.
