Fantastic Service. It works everywhere, even on a remote village like shirakawa and ainokura. They give free powerbank too. It's easy to pick up and easy to return since all the instruction explained very clear. This is my second time rentaling this item and absolutely will do again when visitting japan.

Super useful - saved our trip! Get the unlimited for sure

Great stuff! Everything worked well and it was an easy process!

Perfect, easy and smooth service

Had my trip planned and they did an excellent job coordinating with me… any issues were addressed right away .. great service

It’s our second time renting from Japan Wireless and there was no problem we encountered both times. The person who handed us our wifi box is very kind and polite. We would surely go back to them on our third trip. Easy returns in both Narita and Haneda too. Thanks.

Its my 8th time to use Japan Wireless pocket wifi and it was amazing as always. I have signal even Im at the mountains and inside the tunnels. I’m going to rent again and again.

Much needed in Japan to be your constant companion. Ordering was very easy , online , cost is deepening on number of days you want it and it can be delivered to the hote you want or pickup from airport . Usage was great and so was network . I have one star less as the charging cable given to me as part of the package was loose and the router was not getting charged from the power bank so I had to buy a new one from a nearby convenience store . Barring that it was a great choice and must have during your Japan travel

It was a pleasure to work with Japan wireless. Seamless pick up, connectivity and return.

Seamless coverage and very convenient. Highly recommended and reliable.
