The WiFi pack was absolutely fantastic. I had no challenges with it. It included a bundle with cords and a portable charger as well to carry around when I explored Japan. I’ll definitely be renting one again when I come back soon.

Cumplió perfectamente su función, es muy cómodo de llevar y apenas lo notas. No tuvimos ningún problema de conexión. Si volvemos a Japón lo volveremos a contratar.

Very good if your group of people always together and got nice coverage areas throughout . Would recommend to get a power bank big enough . Although it comes with a Japanese power adapter with 2 x usb outlets and a power bank . Very happy and satisfied with the service . Thanks

amazing pocket wifi i will definitely buy this again. so small and light weight and easy to use. i just slide it in my pocket and the wifi last up to 1 and a half days just with one charge.

I rented a hotspot from Japan Wireless. It was waiting at my hotel as promised and it worked beautifully throughout my stay. My wife and I connected with the hotspot and used it in Tokyo, Hakone, Hiroshima, Kyoto and Osaka. We returned in the provided mailing envelope from the Osaka airport. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless to everyone.
