I traveled from Fukuoka to Sapporo and back to Tokyo. I used the WiFi non-stop, so I was always online. The network was fast and available almost everywhere. I always rent the Pocket WiFi in Japan with unlimited data volume.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very appreciative that they helped us set up the wireless connection on our phone. Great customer service!

Simple efficace fonctionnel

My phone does not support e-sim and I dont like the hassle of inserting physical sim to the phone so I opt to rent a pocket wifi. This one is convenient and easy to use. It comes with power bank so even if the device power goes low, you can easily charge it on the go.

Smooth transactions with fast and reliable service. Device arrived at the hotel before us. Will definitely do business with them again!

It’s the perfect solution for traveling through Japan. After ordering it was brought to the hotel on the same day. Simple to use. Great connection everywhere. And easy to communicate with the office. So I can recommend Japan Wireless to everybody.

Service was excellent! They dropped off the Wi-Fi at my hotel since I was arriving late in the evening. The Wi-Fi was small and it fit in my small mini backpack. It was great to have a secure wifi everywhere we travelled in Japan. The price for the whole week was very cheap and reasonable to me. I would recommend this company to others. Sending it back was easy. They provided the self addressed stamped envelope and all we had to do was drop it in a mailbox.

I used the portable wifi for 10 days and I faced absolutely no issue. Happy with the service:)

Excellent coverage using Japan wireless pocket wi-fi. Highly recommend!

worked well from Tokyo to Yamashina. Battery lasts a long time.
