The pickup and function were without any issues. Quick and smooth. Really great help with connection in foreign country.

It’s really great!👍

Good service and fast response

Pickup and drop off was easy, and the device worked great for over 8 devices. Very well priced

After finding out that my previously ordered eSims didn’t work for both my phone and my wife’s phone less than 16 hours before my arrival in Japan, I needed access to the Internet as soon as I got there. Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi was a lifesaver, with affordable options and long-lasting service! Quick and easy pickup, and even easier drop off, Japan Wireless is an amazing Internet solution for those visiting Japan!

I have used this in my 4 trips to Tokyo, Always works perfect during the whole day, This time I requested to be shipped to my hotel, It was waiting for me right there on time. I Wouldn't go to Tokyo without this piece.

I like the concept of pick up and drop in the Mail.

It was my first time using pocket wifi, once I figured out how to use it, it worked perfectly.

It was very convenient; pick up and drop off was easy; I was just perplexed that 2 times for a few minutes in the 8 days we had it that we lost connectivity but over all we were happy

Pickup at the airport was very easy. The device worked reliably througout Tokyo. Return with the included mail envelope was easy as well.
